What we do?

For almost 40 years, we have worked closely with diverse organisations including Higher Education, Public Libraries and Local Authorities.

Today, our robust enterprise solutions support and enrich education, learning and local communities. Our library applications currently track the borrowing history of 8 million UK citizens and students, throughout libraries with over 9,000 staff and over 2.5 million Web users. We help libraries stock 58 million books, issue 118 million items, and acquire £65 million worth of new books every year.

Our heritage in software development means that Talis is ideally positioned to apply emerging technologies to build new, or enhance existing software applications.
