If a borrower has more than one email addresses, one of these must be set as the default. Start and end dates can also determine which email address should be used for correspondence.

To define borrower email addresses

  2. Click the Record tab.

  3. Enter an Email Name, up to sixty characters in length.

  4. Enter the actual Email Address. Note that:

  5. Enter optional Start Date and End Dates for this email address.

If you proceed to define more than one email address, Talis Alto will use these fields to determine which email address should be used as the 'current' email address (for example, term and vacation addresses).

  6. If required, enter an optional Email Note and click Save.

The address is added to the Email Addresses drop-down list.
