Using the Knowledgebase

Enter a search keyword or phrase in the field above and click Search to find both PDF and HTML documents containing the matching search term.
Searches are NOT case sensitive.
By default, the search engine will only return pages that contain all of the terms entered in the Search for field. To find documents that contain any of the specified search terms, click the Match drop-down menu and select Any.

Advanced searching

To define any number of keywords that must appear in the same topic, prefix the required keyword with the + symbol (or the & symbol). For example, the search term rotation + plan will find pages that contain both the words rotation and plan.
To define any number of alternate keywords that may appear in the same topic, prefix the alternate keyword with the | symbol. For example, the search term rotation | plan will find pages that contain either the word rotation or the word plan.
To exclude a keyword from the search results, prefix the keyword with the ~ symbol. For example, the search term rotation ~plan will find pages that contain the word rotation but not the word not plan.
To search for the occurrence of an exact phrase, enter the required phrase within quotation marks. For example, the search term "rotation plan" will find pages that contain the exact phrase rotation plan, but not pages that only contain either of the words rotation or plan.
You can use parenthesis to group commands in order to construct more complex searches. For example, the search term (rotation | plan) ~issue will find pages that contain the word rotation or plan but not the word issue.
