Talis has now launched the Talis Live Services Web page, providing customers with instant status and performance updates on our hosted products and services such as Talis Base and Talis Source. We will also announce planned maintenance activities or service interruptions through this page.
Service Level Agreement
Customers can now download the new Talis Service Level Agreement.
PERs and Defects
We openly publish all of our Product Enhancement Requests (PERs) and defects across all of our products. View all PERs and Defects. For Talis Alto 4.2, we introduced online customer voting on a set of 51 PERs and Defects, and repeated the exercise for Talis Alto 4.3. Voting for Talis Alto 4.3 is now closed. View the results of both sets of voting.
