Business Objects 5i – End of Service Support

As you will be aware, Business Objects have recently ceased to support the 5i version of their software. This is notification that Talis will also cease to support this version with effect from 30th June 2008.

The Business Objects 5i version has been superseded by Business Objects Xi, which is used to power Talis Decisions for your management information. You should have already received information regarding the upgrade path from 5i to Xi, but if you haven’t as yet please contact your Account Manger (or email the Sales Team).

Approximately 50% of our customers have already upgraded and we would encourage you advise your account manager of your timeframes for this important upgrade.
