Hi All
I wonder if those using EDI Invoices currently could help.
We are beginning to start using this service and wonder how others deal with multi-volume items?
Currently when receiving multi-volume books, we receipt the first volume under the initial order, then add any additional volumes to seperate orders that we create at receipting point and split the money between all volumes. (Each volume needs a seperate record with us so we have to split them up).
This would be impossible using EDI invoicing and I wonder if anyone has any suggestions/ideas on what to do?
