There are a number of ways that you can get support on using the Talis Platform
Developer Support
For general orientation and developer documentation there are a number of resources:
- We have produced a number of demos and tutorials that illustrate the features of the Platform
- The developer wiki acts as the main reference point for the Platform API and also includes additional background information relevant to both the Platform and general semantic web development
- The n2-dev mailing list and Google Group is intended to provide a community forum for discussing Platform development issues and sharing of ideas and experience
- The #talis IRC channel on irc.freenode.net is always populated by a number of the Platform team who can help answer specific questions more interactively
Consultancy and Training
Talis is happy provide consultancy and training services on the specific of using the Platform and also general semantic web technologies like RDF, SPARQL and Linked Data publishing. Consultancy and training is usually charged at a standard day rate and can be done either on site or at Talis's offices.

Bug Reports and Service Issues
To report service issues or raise reports concerning potential bugs in the Platform services please use our public JIRA issue-tracker. If an issue is found then the bug will be assessed on its severity and added to the development backlog accordingly.
