The Exceptions pop-up form is displayed.
Highlight the Active reservation(s) exception.
Click the Satisfy
button, then Continue.

is displayed, displaying:
The Priority assigned to the reservation
The Borrower Name and Barcode for whom it's reserved.
The date the reservation was Reserved.
The Last Date after which the reservation is no longer of use.
The Site where the reservation is to be collected.
If there is more than one borrower waiting for this item, highlight the borrower to assign the reservation to.
Click the Transit button.
The Action column is updated to read Transit. The button caption changes to Unset Transit, and you can click this button to remove the Transit flag.
If the selected borrower’s collection site is the same as your current site, click the Satisfy button to update the Action column to read Satisfy.
Click the Continue
