I was a subscriber to UnityWeb and want to use the same functionality in Talis Source - what do I do?

If you were a user of the UnityWeb service and have a Staff user licence (for discovery and requesting) and would like to maintain that level of access in Talis Source then all you need to do is renew your current subscription via the normal channels. Your user name and passwords will be automatically valid for the use of the Talis Source service

The new licence agreement does not restrict the number of users an institution may have. You might therefore want to increase the number of users accessing the system. If this is the case, please complete the registration form ("I subscribe to the Full service (including requesting), but wish to request additional users"

I never used UnityWeb and I am new to Talis Source - how do I register to use free resource discovery in Talis Source?

If you are a new user, welcome! To register for access to Resource Discovery ONLY then please fill in the registration form, taking the option "I am a new user to Talis Source, and I wish to register for FREE discovery". Alternatively, why not register for a trial, which provides additional requesting functionality. At the end of the trial period, should you choose not to subscribe to the Full service, we will be happy to issue you a free licence for resource discovery.

I subscribed to UnityWeb and I want to register to use free discovery only in Talis Source - what do I do?

If you previously subscribed to UnityWeb, and wish to continue having access to the FREE resource discovery component of Talis Source, we can quickly transfer your licence. Please complete the registration form "I am a existing Full user of Talis Source, and wish to revise my licence for FREE discovery"

I wish to take a trial of the full Talis Source service - what do I do?

Complete the registration form "I am a new user to Talis Source, and I wish to register for a limited trial of the full service". Once your trial is completed, you may either subscribe to the Full service (See Pricing) or take the FREE resource discovery option. The choice is yours.
