General
For general support queries, we strongly recommend you utilise Talis Solutions. Once registered, you can log your call online, and track its progress. All calls logged this way will usually be acknowledged and resolved within 30 minutes. Where analysis of the problem would exceed this time, the call is placed within our queuing system and answered in strict rotation.

Contributions
Talis operates a dedicated team (Live Services) who, as well as ensuring our systems are available and running at maximum efficiency, are available to help any community member who wishes to contribute to the Platform. You can email the team directly at holdings@talis.com, or raise a call via the general help desk.
