Talis Decisions provides the complete picture of library performance, enabling decision makers to integrate library key performance indicators (KPIs) within overall institutions scorecards and management dashboards. These dashboards will alert decision makers of changes to KPIs and enable them to act quickly on the root causes of any performance issues.

Talis Decisions is powered by BusinessObjects technology to analyse the data in Talis Alto using universes of objects that can be used to generate complex queries. Talis Decisions uses a web interface to create reports and to circulate and distribute them. There is also a set of client tools to manage and create reports.
