Make it possible so that when e- journal data is received from publishers/suppliers via RSS this could also be bounced directly to the open url resolver

TOCRoSS could pave the way
One result of the TOCRoSS JISC project should be an Open Source server framework which will allow anyone to build a process to monitor publishers/suppliers RSS feeds and use it to update any system - be it a LMS or a resolver knowledge base.
