Feed based library interface

Appreciating that technical expertise may be perceived as a barrier to entry in this competition, and in an attempt to explore what's acceptable under competition rules in terms of minimally technical presentational mashups, I'd like to submit an OPML file, essentially, that bundles together library related feeds in a particular way.

To demonstrate the bundle, I also feed the OPML file into the Grazr, embeddable OPML browser.
