Lillian - A Virtual Librarian

Lillian is an avatar and text-to-speech based natural language interface to book and library information - a virtual librarian in other words.

Once you have set your "home" library she can tell you which books the library holds, what the books are like, and what else is like them. She can also cope with general searches (eg "have you got a book on provence"), and author based searches.

She currently uses web services from Talis, Amazon and OCLC (xISBN).
