Is there a script that will list Items that have not been on loan for a specified period of time?

There is not a PERL script in the standard ship or on the TDN that lists items that have not been on loan for a specified period of time but it is possible to do this in Talis Decisions but it requires joining two queries. There is an article that outlines the process of joining queries in Talis Decisions.
The example in the articlke is borrowers who have not had a loan in a period but the logic is the same for items as well.
