Change of URL for EBSCO

I've been informed that Ebsco have changed their domain name and we need to update all the links in both the 856 tag and Hotlinks (we have thousands of these). Does anyone have any SQL that will perform a search and replace please ? I'm assuming other sites are either looking at this or have already done it. Thanks.
