Hi
Why might the script list_due_dates not report a due date? I have run it today but didn't get a due date reported back and I have noticed that the sample output file from the release notice doesn't have due dates for all borrower/item type combinations.

No due dates will be shown in the report for a borrower type, item type and location profile combination if the stored procedure that calculates the due date returns no value (or null to be precise).
Whether a due date is generated will depend on the parameters that you have set up for that combination in the loan rules, due date rules and loan type rules. It is not automatic that a due date will be assigned for a particular combination.
It is difficult to be specific in your case when not having the details but I would suggest checking the parameters. Also can you issue an item of the specified item type to a borrower of the specified borrower type for the specified location within Alto?
