Prism not going to bib record pages

Hi, not an especially big problem but keep being asked why it is that users are sometimes returned to the search screen in Prism when they click on a title rather than being directed to the bib record. This can be resolved by opening a new browser but on an OPAC we have to reboot the PCs. I thought this might have something to do with cookies being disabled but this shouldn't be the case if Prism uses sessions. Anyone got any ideas?

We had this problem a lot and it turned out that we had an old version of a tomcat module installed (the one that keeps track of sessions). I suggest raising a call with the helpdesk and I recommend making a note for the Helpdesk staff to check to see if it is the same problem that Sheffield had.

Thanks for the advice, nice to know we're not the only ones affected. We may upgrade to Prism3 after beta testing so I think we could probably live with this for the time being. Duncan
