changing the home site for all items at a particular site

Bradford have 2 large libraries that are closing soon for major refubs. they want to relocate the stock at one of these branches and at the second make the stock unavailable for reservations, I think that both these changes will need to use the home site as a selection criteria for the changes. I can only find an ACTIVE_SITE_ID field in the ITEM table can anyone point me in the right direction please?

There is an article about ITEM table updates. You need to be careful when doing them in bulk because the triggers on the ITEM table can have a big effect on performance. The details are in the article

The ITEM.ACTIVE_SITE_ID is the attribute that holds the location of the item. However the reservation rules are tied to a site profile so if the new site is attached to the same site profile or a site profile that allows reservations then more work will need to be done in the parameters.
