Returns an Atom 1.0 feed of last 15 updates to resource descriptions including additions

Optional parameter

• uri – limit entries to those pertaining to the resource with this URI

Typical HTTP Responses

• 200 – the request was successful, the descriptions are returned in the response
• 500 – the request failed due to an internal server error
